The Filing Fee for a small claims case is based on the value of the claim:

up to $1,500 - $30
$1,501 - $5,000 - $50
$5,001 - $7,500 - $75 (No corporate filings)

If you have filed more than 12 claims in the past year, the filing fee is $100 per claim.
