Proposed Local Rules
of Court
Effective July 1, 2008, if adopted
The Court is proposing to make changes to its Local Rules. These
new changes will become effective on July 1, 2008, when adopted.
New language is underlined and language to be deleted is lined through.
The court invites you to review and provide your comments on these
proposals as required by the State of California Rules of Court, Rule
10.613 and 10.815.

Hard copies of the proposed changes
are available upon request or can be viewed at all court locations during
the court’s regular business hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through
Friday, excluding judicial holidays.
Comments must be received in our office no later than 4:00 p.m., Monday,
May 19, 2008.
