The Ten Mile Branch of the Superior Court serves the residents of the Mendocino Coast, including the communities of Gualala, Point Arena, Mendocino, Albion, Fort Bragg, and Westport.

Hours of Operation 

The Justice Center lobby is open from 7:45am to 5:15pm.  The Court Clerk's Window is open 8:30am to 3:00pm.  Telephone hours are 8:30am to 1:00pm.

From Ukiah: Take Highway 101 north to Willits. Take Highway 20 west to Highway 1 at Fort Bragg. At Highway 1, turn right, northbound across the bridge. After the bridge, take the first right turn. Travel to the first stop sign and turn left. The courthouse is then two blocks north on the east side of the road.

From south of Cloverdale: At Cloverdale, travel northwest on Highway 128 to Highway 1. Continue north on Highway 1 to Fort Bragg. After crossing the bridge into Fort Bragg, take the first right turn. Travel to the first stop sign and turn left. The courthouse is then two blocks north on the east side of the road.

From Humboldt County: Take Highway 101 south to Willits. Take Highway 20 west to Highway 1 at Fort Bragg. Turn right onto Highway 1, northbound across the bridge. After the bridge, take the first right turn. Travel to the first stop sign and turn left. The courthouse is then two blocks north on the east side of the road.

or:

Take Highway 101 south to Leggett. From Leggett, travel southwest on Highway 1 to the coast and south to Fort Bragg. After arrival in Fort Bragg, proceed southbound on Main Street to Cypress Street. Turn left onto Cypress St. At the first stop sign and turn right onto Franklin Street. The courthouse will be on the east side of the road.

From the south coast: Take Highway 1 north to Fort Bragg. After crossing the bridge, take the first right turn. Travel to the first stop sign and turn left. The courthouse is then two blocks north on the east side of the road.

 

Parking

Free parking is available on the south side of the Justice Center.  Do not park in the parking lot north of the Justice Center marked County Employee Parking Only.

 

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

MTA stops at Safeway about half a block from the court.  See their website for route and schedule information at www.mendocinotransit.org.  

 

ACCESS FOR THE DISABLED

The building and courtroom are wheelchair accessible.  Accessible restrooms are inside lobby.  Questions regarding access should be directed to the ADA Access Coordinator at (707)964-3192.

 

SECURITY SCREENING

All persons and items entering the courthouse are subject to security screening.  Weapons, alcohol, and drugs or weapons of any kind are prohibited and may be confiscated and not returned.  You may be given the option to return legal, disallowed items to a safe place (e.g., car, office) before entering the courthouse.
