Jury Duty

The right to a trial by jury is the privilege of every person in the United States, whether that person is a citizen or not. This right is guaranteed by both the U.S. and California Constitutions.

Trials, which allow two or more parties to settle disputes, are decided by a judge alone or decided by a jury. The role of the jury is to make an impartial decision based on information presented during the criminal or civil trial.

For more information, see the California Jurors web site.

To confirm your jury service, call 707-463-4663 or 707-961-6288.
You will need your Juror ID number and your date of birth.

If you are required to appear bring with you your ENTIRE summons form, COMPLETED and SIGNED.

Leave ONLY your "Parking Pass" on the dashboard of your car after parking in any 2 hour, 5 hour, or metered parking space.

DO NOT park in any 1 1/2 hour parking spot.
