How we can help

We can help you if you need legal information and don't have a lawyer.  Look below at the types of cases we can help you with. Se habla español.

We can:

We cannot:

  • tell you about your case,
  • help you with the forms you need, and
  • explain your legal options.
  • give you legal advice (we can't tell you what you should do),
  • help you if you have a lawyer, or
  • represent you in court.

Help with forms

Try our new Guide & File programs. They are available for many types of cases like restraining orders, divorce and legal separation, child custody and child support, asking for a court date in family law cases, name change, guardianship of a minor, small claims, and more. Once you are done with the interview, the program will fill out your forms online and, if you wish, you can also e-file your paperwork.
