Claims for Payment from Attorneys, Investigators, and Experts

The court may appoint attorneys, investigators and experts to assist litigants or the court in adjudicating cases.  The court’s Local Rule 1.25 provides the current fee schedules for attorneys, based on case type.  Local Rule 1.29 provides the current fee schedules for investigators and experts. 

Local rule 1.32 describes how to make a claim for payment.

Following appointment by the court, please submit invoices monthly for review and authorization by the appointing judge or presiding judge.  See the sample claim form and instructions below.
