Setting up a Payment Plan

If you cannot afford to pay your court ordered fines and fees at one time, you may ask the court to set up a payment plan and make your payments in monthly installments.  The minimum payment amount is $50.00 but, based on the amount you owe, your monthly payment may be higher, as it must be paid in full within 12 months.  Please click on the link below to request a payment plan.  The court will respond to the email address you provide with the terms of your payment agreement.  Also please provide your cell phone number so that the court can send you monthly reminders before the due date of each payment.
