Bogus phone calls, emails on jury service may lead to fraud.  If you receive a phone call, text, or email notifying you that you’re in big trouble for failing to show up for jury service, be suspicious.  It’s probably a scam.  Visit our Jury Scams webpage for more information.

Proposed Changes to Local Rules of Court

The Court is proposing to make changes to its Local Rules.  These new changes will become effective on January 1, 2024, when adopted.   New language is underlined and language to be deleted is lined through.

Proposed Local Rules - To be effective January 1, 2024

The court invites you to review and provide your comments on these proposals as required by the State of California Rules of Court, Rule 10.613.  You may send your comments to: with a subject line stating “Comments on Proposed Local Rule”.   Comments will be accepted through 4:00pm Monday, October 30, 2023.
