Proposed Changes to Local Rules of Court

The Court is proposing to make changes to its Local Rules.  These new changes will become effective on July 1, 2024, when adopted.   New language is underlined and language to be deleted is lined through.

Proposed Local Rules - To be effective July 1, 2024

The court invites you to review and provide your comments on these proposals as required by the State of California Rules of Court, Rule 10.613.  You may send your comments to: plr@mendocino.courts.ca.gov with a subject line stating “Comments on Proposed Local Rule”.   Comments will be accepted through 4:00pm Friday, May 3, 2024.
